I really enjoy meeting with people and taking them through the assessments, understanding how they are functioning, what is working well, and what’s not working quite so well. To encourage openness and active engagement, I focus on developing trust and making the client or evaluee feel at ease. Being naturally detail oriented allows me to be objective in my assessments and make realistic, defensible recommendations.
On the personal side, my family life is very full! My husband and I are in the chauffeur stage – taking our kids to their many activities!”
